Hi
I have a lower back pain from past 3 years , no idea why it started, I went to orthopedic doctor and he suggested to take MRI and the report says,
"Bilateral spondylolysis with grade I anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebral body.
Posterior annular tear and posterior disc herniation at this level causing significant
narrowing of bilateral neural foramina and compression of bilateral exiting nerve
roots(R>L)."
Doctor is suggesting for surgery and I don't want to go with surgery as it is related to spine and I am hearing lot of negatives about spine surgeries
Pls suggest what to do, I am 31 years old and a resident of Bangalore
