In MRI Report, Diffuse disc bulges are noted at D12-L1,L1-L2&L2-L3 Casuing thecal sac indentation Impression: 1) lumbar spondylosis 2)diffuse disc bulges at D12-L1,L1-L2&L2-L3 Casuing thecal sac indentation Here One of the Neurosurgeon says Surgery is must, so we are not yet decided, so that's we are taken the Second opinion of the doctors. Is it necessary do the surgery. Please give the feedback
