Hello! Any pain in body is the indication of some abnormality, damage or disease. Back ache can be due to wrong sitting posture, muscle catch or back bone (vertebrae) or cartilage related.
Next Steps
A thorough check up is advised. Ayurveda medicines, therapies like snehana swedana & exercises are definitely effective, if it is related to muscle.
Health Tips
Some investigations are essential before starting any therapy or exercises.

Hi there i understand your concern....For spine diagnostics, MRI is necessary...Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications..Consult nearest spine surgeon or neuro surgeon they will do the needful.
