Hello! Any pain in body is the indication of some abnormality, damage or disease. Back ache can be due to wrong sitting posture, muscle catch or back bone (vertebrae) or cartilage related.
Next Steps
A thorough check up is advised. Ayurveda medicines, therapies like snehana swedana & exercises are definitely effective, if it is related to muscle.
Health Tips
Some investigations are essential before starting any therapy or exercises.
