I have diagnosed with 2 mild nd 1 slight canal stenosis disc bulge doing physio for almost 10 days no relief at yet nd main bulge is l5-s1 creating sciatica pain in both legs nd numbness

Depends upon the level and severity of the disc bulge and stenosis, the symptoms and treatment will vary..continue the physiotherapy , medications and bed rest.. Send me the MRI image's to private consulting area and based upon the images I will guide you further...
