Dessicatory disc, diffuse posterior disc bulge, disc osteophyte complex with central disc extrusion noted at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels causing indentation on thecal sac , moderate to severe lateral narrowing and encroachment on to bilateral neural foramania with central spinal canal narrowing at L4-L5 (5.5MM),L5-S1(6.2MM). 2.) Dessicatory disc, diffuse posterior disc bulge, disc osteophyte complex at L3-L4 level causing indentation on thecal sac, bilateral mild lateral recess narrowing and impinging on traversing nerve roots with central spinal canal narrowing (8.8mm). I don't know whom ( spine surgeon or neuro surgeon or neuro physician) ) to consult.
