Spine problem
I am 35 years old femal. My hlab27 test was positive. ESR count is 65. CRP report is normal. As per the MRI report, my l4 l5 disc is prolapsed with S1 nerve compressed however there is no significant abnormality deteced in sacroliac joints. I have muscle stiffness in right hand and middle back. Please suggest if i have ankolysing spondylytis

Positive hla b 27 and raised esr are suggestive of ank spondylitis but we treat the patient and not the investigations so dont panic Get the treatment from an orthopedic surgeon for the problems you are facing like stiffness/pain
