I had a dengue positive 15 days back now i am ok dengue negative.but i am having serious back pain.as i have old hlab27 disease FROM 15 years.Now my age is 33 years.so wat shud i do.i don't want 2 take pain killers

HLA B-27 is a blood test most commonly positive in a condition called Ankylosing spondylitis. Its an autoimmune disease with gradual eroding of the joints of body, particularly those of the spine and hips. There is an inflammation and stiffness of these joints leading to pain and restricted movement. You need not just anti-inflammatory medications, but also some disease modifying medicines. But you need to take these Medicines under the supervision of a Rheumatologist. Some physical activity like swimming can help reduce the stiffness and preserve movement.
