Spine Anomaly - She Is Recently Diagnosed With Sacralization

She is recently diagnosed with Sacralization with pseudarthrosis in L5 right side and Spina Bifida in same. Sometimes there is acute back pain and she is not growing and is about 4'7", also our parents are not tall. Her bowel movement is also not consistent. We want to know how to deal with this?
