Spindle cell sarcoma
My brother had a history of sarcoma 5 years ago ( may 2011). Lesion is at left ankle. Took radiotherapy after surgery. Then again it recurrence after 2 years at popliteal region. Excision & radiotherapy was done. Now a days there is heterogenous lesion in lower thigh medial aspect on same leg found in US. What is the best treatment option. Is it recurrence.
