I have l4l5s1 intertransverse fusion for bilateral pars break defect and grade 1 spondylolisthesis, but my bone graft not fuse so my l4l5s1 joins are only stable on pedicle screws. is without fusion there is a problem with pedicle screws or can pedicle screws hold my weight for whole life, what are the chances of breakage, is there is any chance of fusion, my vitamin d3 value is 9 normal value ranges from 30 to 100

As u have not mentioned about backpain recurrence, I am considering it’s not there. Lot of other factors to be considered before opining. Hope for your better health
