Spinal cord problem
My father has fallen from stairs got injury in spinal cord.the space between the disc got decreased. The doctors are suggesting two possible ways: 1)take bed rest for two months but the pain will be there. 2)operation where they will inject and increase the disc space.but 100% assurity is not there. We are not able to understand whether to go for operation will be a right decision or not?

Hello... Very sorry to hear that... Well 90% of the spinal cord issues get solved with bed rest.. So definitely I would suggest you to go for rest and physiotherapy first...give your best try....if symptoms do not subside at all...then you may have to go for surgery....I don't think right away you need to go...thank you
