Im having a back pain since from 10 days and I can't bend my back even also head, painkiller nicip and shelcal, nerubin injection, has taking from 5 days but didn't get relief ,

Have you got your vitamin d3 levels checked out?
Did you have any trauma?
I would suggest you consult a orthopedician and get a x-ray of the spine done for further evaluation and management. Meanwhile you can continue neurokind and shelcal. But for pain killer instead of nicip take tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food.
