Hi with spina bifida your baby would require developmental therapy for a period of time as her grows.
The condition will affect his overall development of all milestones and there aren't any 1-2 exercises that would help with the contractures or foot drop.
We would have to work on the overall movements of all the muscles and specifically on the foot drop as well in order to achieve milestones such as sitting, crawling and walking.
I'm a pediatric physiotherapist available for online consultation as well.
It would be better if you could contact a Physiotherapist at a clinic if possible or take a few videos and then contact a Physiotherapist for online consultation.
Ma'am consult in person with pediatric physiotherapist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Spina bifida in children is common now a days and there is no need to worry about it.
Please take the child to a pediatric physiotherapist and proper assessment of muscle tone and strength has to be done and proper intervention based on assessment should be followed.
