Possibly due to acidity only. Avoid spicy/oily food, exercise, do not sleep immediately after taking food.
Next Steps
Visit an ent nearby and get it examined.

It is mostly due to acid reflux..Thats the ereason why you are getting it in the morning. So reduce spicy n oily food..Stop tea, coffee, caffeinated drinks, alcohol and smoking if you do.Gap of 2n half hours between dinner and sleep..Drink 2-3 litres water.
Next Steps
