I was given with medicines Folsafe, UBI Q 300, Fertomid 25mg each for 1 month period. Daily I'm doing pelvic exercises, normal exercises, and jogging to improve it, and having food related to increase sperm motility and marphology. Is Asthenoteratozoospermia is curable if I follow the exercises and food intake? After how many months can I get sperm analysis test to get data again
