Sperm ejaculation problem

Im 25, till now i have not masturbated. Recently i went to the prostitute but unable to ejaculate sperm. I went to the doctor he conducted sperm testosterne test and my harmones are good. Now Im trying to masturbate , but unable to ejaculate sperm. What might be the cause?
