Sperm count low even after varicocele su

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi I went thru varicocele surgery due to low sperm count . It's been 5 months but there is no improvement in my sperm count. Shall I wait for some more time as I was told it could take 7 months to 1 year or should I visit doctor. In case I had to visit doctor then sexologist or urologist?
