I am working at Heat treatment area. Is it decreasing my sperm count that may results in future reproduction. Even I feel lower sperm count at recent masterbate. Please give the way to get rid of sexual deterioration. Does any fruit or any food habits can help to improve sperm count.?

Hi , yes heat can effect sperm count. While masturbating we can’t conclude your sperm counts are low. Go for a semen analysis test. With good diet, exercise you can increase it. Add antioxidants food, more Almonds, eggs , broccoli in your diet
