Sperm count and sperm motility
I have oligo astheno terato spermia. I have taking medicine for same. My semen analysis is:
Total ejaculate million: 30 milli
Sperm conc: 10 milli/ml. Prev conc: 7milli/ml
Progressive motility : 5%
Non progressive motility: 10%
Immotile : 85%
Morphology normal form :2%
Should I go for IUI or IVF or shall I wait for treatment to get completed for naturally try.
How much time does medication will take to improve the count and motility.

RBS
TSH
FSH
S. TESTOSTERONE LEVELS (free)
Scrotal scan.
Then andrologist opinion.
If not diabetic
Please drink pomegranate juice daily ... Repeat semen analysis after one month.
If still a problem then do as per the andrologist.

You should get yourself examined by a urologist to rule out any local cause of low sperm motility.. if no surgically correctable cause identified better go for IVF..
