Hi my nephew is about to be 2 years old but he only says maa and nothing else. He always tries to tell us things through signs or just by doing hu-hu. Can you please suggest what can be done?

Behavioral assessment is necessary. If he understands and is trying to speak something than can wait till 2.5 years for speech therapy.

Kindly take him to a pediatrician first who can later refer him to an ENT soecialist/speech therapist
