Speech problem occasionally

Hi doc my father had a stroke in 2015 and after that he is under treatment but since two days he is having speech problem particularly at night and when he wakes up.so may I know how to check if it is caused by heart problems or any other issues.his bp is normal

Speech ABNORMALITY is Not related to cardiac conditions, If he is getting new symptoms of slurring of speech,it may be also due to recurrent CVA. GET A CONSULTATION SOON
