Speech difficulty
I have bend in my right nose bone from childhood. Normally, saliva is secreting excess in mouth. Frequently, say every 1 minute, I'm swallowing in saliva to clear from mouth. I find it very very difficult to speak continuously for long duration; more water is filling my mouth while speaking and I have to swallow in saliva very frequently to continue speaking. People are complaining my voice is not clear , not much audible, speaking like having water in mouth, etc.
