Your throat irritation can be due to acidity. You need to take antibiotic treatment for H Pylori infection and have to take acidity medication until your symptoms subside. As Chest XRAY normal blood in saliva cannot be due to pulmonary causes. Get your gums examined by a dentist to know if you have gingivitis.
