My son is 4 years old and still does not speak proper sentence. He also cannot communicate with anyone except us coz he cannot understand what they say. What could be the issue. What should I ask my pediatrician regarding this

U should get a development assessment and also consult a psychologist and speech therapist as soon as possible.
