My son is 22 months old now, this april he turns 2 years. He is mostly babbling still, and speaks very few words probably not equivalent to standard words count (50) by now. He says alphabets A to E, and 2 to 3 words and finds little hard to reciprocate when we teach him. Finding other similar age kids talking easily scares me if it is speech delay.
Could you help.me understand if this is worrysome or what ideally should be the reference line.
If this is speech delay and what can we best do as parents.

Please meet a pediatrician or development specialist and get detailed assessment of milestones done. This is a common problem which can be solved by speech therapy if no other issues. Many details are needed which cannot be done on this forum
