Speech Clarity issue

Question

Asked for Male, 5 Years

My son can speak all the words and almost everything quite fluently and his memory is sharp as well. Its just that some words and letters are not clear while he speaks and hence pronunciation for those words / letters are difficult to understand. Whom should I consult for this issue? And whether in-clinic check-up is required or this can be taken care via online treatments?
