My son 3.3 years old but he is not able to speak clearly. he can sometime mamma , papa. but not any other words...

You should consult any neurophysician urgently. Milestone developments may be delayed due to some neurological deficit. You should also consult ENT surgeon for assessment of tongue and vocal cord box. In childhood, someone may suffer from tongue tie, which on treatment allows better speech formation. You should also attend speech therapy centre. May God bless your child. Donot panic and keep your baby under continuous treatment.
