Speaking and talking problem
Dear sir my son is 2.4 year old. His weight is 14.2 kg.. he can't speak properly.. only few words say but not fluent.. he told papa but not all time.. no reason he repeat papa papa but when he call then no say papa.. he regularly repeat A B C D , 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Kindly help regarding this.
