Femto LASIK is also called Blade less LASIK and main difference between the 2 is the cut that's made on the cornea as part of the procedure. It's smaller in SMILE. No procedure is superior to the other as both the procedures have their pros and cons. Your surgeon should be able to decide which is better for you. Both procedures are equally safe.
