Is the hemiplegia present since birth? How old is your son ? What’s the cause of hemiplegia? How much is the spasticity and which muscle groups are involved? Is the problem purely muscular or joint changes have occurred ? These are some questions an Orthopedic surgeon will seek answer for before making final decision. Treatment options can be non operative also to operative and the type of surgery needed will be planned after answering the above questions.
Next Steps
Consult an Orthopedic surgeon
