I sleep at 11PM and get up at 5.30 for gym as that's the only time I can go for gyming.
But past one week I feel my sleep is not enough
Plus I feel i m not getting a sound sleep
Please suggest is it an indication of some disorder

The sleep is proper in winter but in this season more rest is adviced. Try to have a glass of milk with a tsp of cow's ghee just before going to bed. This will help you sleep better. Also try to increase your sleep by an hour.
