Sound on ear
Dr. I have some unusual sound on my ear, like if i hear something loud or high sound, i feel some trimmer sound is running on for few seconds also it is only one right ear and dizziness

How you feel dizziness? Do you feel everything is revolving around me? Is it position dependent?
This could be BPPV with tinnitus.
