  4. Sound in left hear. The sound remains.

3 weeks back I got cold and ear pain, consulted doctor informed water stored in ear so infection got some tablet and took two weeks same time this sound even there they it will go, now no pain only the sound remains.

As per your description you have developed tinnitus..it might be due to eutachian tube dysfunction or other reasons.. need to be evaluated properly.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
