Sound from intestines
When I get up at morning,my intestines make a sound,similar to what we hear while playing with a filled water bottle...It also happens while I lie down or change my position in bed...from left to right and vice versa...pain in left side of chest is also there...What is the reason...plz tell...

Water splash sounds represent air water collection in stomach or intestines. But these are rare and may be present in pseudo obstruction etc.
Small intestine movement sounds are common.
