Hello my friend Only consult a qualified doctor - an experienced Urologist Night fall Is NORMAL in all males who don't have regular sex / masturbation. and ' dhat' syndrome is just a MYTH created by our society. Don't consult ur friends and relatives about it.. they all have zero knowledge about our physiology! When we don't have sex regularly , the semen produced by our body keeps on getting accumulated in the pouch that makes it-- the seminal vesicles. When it starts overflowing ( like a water tank) u have night fall n sticky secretions at the tip of penis -- what we call 'dhat' Solution -- if u have a partner n don't have sex frequently ... Start doing it and if u don't have a sexual partner - Masturbate ( which again is normal act and nothing to be ashamed about if done in privacy and with lubrication)
