I am 26 years old and unmarried boy
I have lean body structure
I was having a night fall problem from few past years.
Two years before during my exam there was one more problem, on examination hall I got goose bumps and my face became red and suddenly there is a fall. So, I am little worried about my sexual health. Please suggest something.

Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a monthï¼ then there is a problem. We start feeling weaknessï¼ tirednessï¼ etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-vegï¼ spicyï¼ fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy dietï¼ do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab. Confido & chandan adi bhati each morning & evening with water. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.
