Hello,
It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot.
Nightfall may occur due to several causes and are usually harmless. It may usually settle down with age, but if it occurs frequently then it can be a cause of concern.
1. Absence or lack of sexual activity
2. Watching too much of explicit content
3. Excessive stimulation of genitals
4. Inadequate ejaculation
5. Going to bed with full bladder at night
6. Obesity
7. stress
8. physical inactivity
9. Taking of sex hormone supplements
10. Weak muscles
Night falls are a natural phenomena.
It is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen during sleep. This is generally caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams. Night fall or nocturnal emission is completely normal for males during teenage and early adult years.
Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily.
Excessive masturbation may have been the cause of your problems to begin with. Reducing your frequency of sex and masturbation from now on will help to prevent early ejaculation and seminal leakages from reoccurring.
