Hii... I have sores in mouth which are very painful I not even eat properly. It is heredity in our family from my father to me. I need solution for this sores in my mouth as it get every month and natural remove after few days but I want permanent solution for it...plz help

You can take vitamin B complex tablets or just B12 .
