Sore wrist
At a party last night, my friend got annoyed with someone she was texting. I was sitting on the couch, while she was standing up, and she lifted her arm up and threw her iPhone 8 down with a lot of power. It was meant to hit the couch but hit my wrist instead. There was a little swelling/ redness and is slightly scraped, and it is very tender/ painful to touch. It is about 12 hours later and the pain/ tenderness is still there

Care AI Shimmer
• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation
