Sore vagina

Discomfort in vagina while sitting and walking after first sex (protected), sore vagina that is tender to touch mostly at the vestibule, hurts to urinate at times, two tiny white spots at the sides of the clit, clit is sensitive and sore. Been on medication for urine infection, vagina and clit still cause discomfort while wearing underwear or tight clothes like jeans. Passage of air bubbles at fewer times.

Follow these tips: Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria. Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate.
