Burn sensation in vagina
After some oral sex and fingering in vagina , it started some burning sensation and pain from the next day. After few days it bled once. Firstly i thought its normal for vagina and this may happen bacause of doing it first time. But since the burning sensation and pain continued for a week , i am worried if anything has gone wrong. Its does not pain always , but randomly at some point of time tha pain and irritation in vagina starts. Can you please tell me is there really some big issue regarding this.

Hi. If the pain is there while you r passing urinethen its urine infection. If there is itching in vagina that means its fungal infection. So you do urine routine and culture first. If itching meet gyn so that local examination needed. Its not a big issue. It can be cured easily.

Your symptoms are suggestive of either a trauma to the vagina by the nails during the fingering which may have caused the lesion which is leading to the pain and burning sensation most likely. But if you're feeling a lower abdominal pain, with pain during passing urine, nausea and fever then it's likely to be a urinary tract infection. I would advise you to do a urine routine so that a urinary tract infection can be ruled out. In case of the infection, you will need to increase your intake of water(Aim to drink 3 liters of water) and have citric fruits such as oranges, you may also need antibiotics(dependent on urine analysis results).
