Sore tongue
Hello sir/ma'am, I'm a 23 year male and its been more than a month and a half that I have a burning sensation on middle right side of the tongue and the tongue appears to be swollen spot and cut. Along with that I also have tooth ache adjacent to the area of that spot and also I feel slight ache in the right ear which increases on using earphones( I used to game a lot and then this pain began). Sir/ma'am please help me with your suggestion as looking on the google for symptoms is making me more worried. Thank you and please help

Hello Sir, Welcome to PRACTO This is your Dentist - I went through your query , am very sorry for the discomfort . Kindly Upload an image of the chewing side of the Upper Right jaw . Carious tooth are sharp most of the time leading to trauma of tongue and that explains the cuts and burning sensation. The tooth would need a grinding to remove the sharp age. Root Canal If needed . Refereed pain from the tooth to ear region causing pain upon using an earphone. - Cap Sporidex 500 mg 1 Cap bd x 5 days - Tab Zerodol SP 1 tab bd x 5 days - Cap Pan D 1 Cap bd before meal x 5 days - Rexidine M Forte Gel , apply over the tongue. Rest, I can confirm upon seeing the image of chewing side of  upper Right jaw. Open your mouth wide and use a flash for clicking the image. Upload the image to me as soon as possible. Hello, Get the tooth clinically checked , could be because of any sharp surface in the decayed tooth and could be because of the infection also ..
