Sore to pee after loosing virginity

Well I lost my virginity on the 31 of August and it is now the 4th of September. We did not have sex for ages but now when I go to pee it hurts. It isn't a burning it's a very sore dull pain in my bladder area. My mum does not know cause I don't want to tell her. What is it?
