Virginity test is real? Tells the truth?

My friend is getting married soon to someone else and she had last intercourse 3 years back and in total she did it for 20 times and always the guy ejaculated inside her and it was painful for her too and then the guy had ditched her and married some one else and said that she is a bad girl that's why she did it with him now she is getting married but she is worried about her virginity so will his husband got to know if she is not a virgin ?.virginity can't be scientifically proven and also bleeding first time is also not a sign of being virgin she also consulted a gynecologist she said that it's hard to know if someone is virgin or not because some women have hymen while the other women doesn't have right from the birth and also she said bleeding is a wrong way of doing intercourse so is their anyway to know if a girl is a virgin or not until unless she herself tells the truth ? Please clear my doubts.
