My knee is sore, feels tight and tender to the touch on top. It makes a popping noise when I walk up stairs/stand up from sitting. It seems like Runners Knee? I work out 35-45 mins a day of cardio and it only started after I started trying to run on a treadmill. I twisted yesterday and that's when it started.
