Knee popping out
I mean it has not literally popped out but it happens quite often as tho my knee is about to come out, i need to stand to fix it somehow grab it sometimes and drag my foot for a while. Even after that it doesn't completely feel stable but somehow i walk There is absolutely no pain but i have hyperextension of knee so i don't know what's causing it. Could it be muscle weakness? A little guide would be really appreciated.

Hyper extension of knee is due to ligament laxity. Use hinged  knee brace for some time . If it further continues better to get an MRI knee for further treatment
