I would advise you to go to the nearest ER and take an injection of antihistamine and also a steroid so as to get it it under control. Your symptoms are suggestive of an upcoming upper respiratory tract infection for which you require antihistamines, antibiotics(only if indicated), antacids. The follow steps will help you avoid a full blown incident: - Avoid cold food and water - Don't skip meals have a liquid diet containing soups and progressively increase to solid diet as per how you can tolerate. - Do salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day - Do steam inhalation (plain steam) thrice a day and apply vaporub over your chest and nose - Have food rich in vitamin C such as oranges to help build immunity. If the condition persists or worsens visit nearest ER at earliest
