  4. Sore throat. With dry coughing is there.

Kindly advise, I am suffering from severe sore throat. Taking benadryl cough syrup 3-4 times in a day as mentioned under directions. Also took one tablet of Azithral 500mg yesterday. Sore throat along with dry coughing is there.
