I was having sore throat from one week,with cough and nose block at night from three days,no history of fever,no drug allergy,doctor recommended some medicines and said to get my cbc checked I got it done everything is in normal range except mchc wat is the cause of mchc being low than normal

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines, decongestant nasal drops and steam inhalation for faster recovery. Minor changes in mchc has nothing to do with your present infection
