Sore throat
I smoke from a long time . Now from one and half months when I wake up I have sore throat always but after doing brush and other activities it will go and I don't face it again for my whole day. Now from 15-16 days white cough is coming. When I do exercise it will clear no cough.but when i wake up i feel cough in my throat when throat get clear it comes on my noses and chokes nose cause difficulty in breathing. And from 4-5 days in deep breathing exercises I feel burning inside mu nose. And very little cough is come and its too much sticky. Can consulting online is good option. Becuase in this situation I don't want to go hospital .
